The Luxembourg government by installing e-Luxembourg refers to the need to improve applications of ICT by elderly and disabled people. ICT however, in care sector is not developed. No provisions do exist for the individuals, only for associations, institutions, etc., but the political aim is to lower the prices for ICT , so the broader public can afford it.
